Since some have wondered how I did 60 FPS edits of prefab SFM anims, or fit them to different bases on SFM poni. Then I'lll easily show how.

Anyhow, let's start with editing anims to fit other characters
First of all, install Blender Source tools as explained by the article, if you haven't, already. Then open up the tool. Those who are unfamiliar might think this is a nightmare to work with.
